Order and payment.

The order is bond to both parts when the deposit is paid. The deposit and cancellation insurance should be Astrid Lindgrens World at hand at latest 10 days after the order has been made. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

The final payment should be Astrid Lindgrens World at hand at latest 30 days before arrival. OBSERVE: If you do your order within 4 weeks to arrival you have to pay by credit card.

Cancellation without cancellation insurance;

If you cancel when it´s more than 30 days to arrival the deposit fee will not be paid back. If you cancel when it´s less than 30 days to arrival nothing will be paid back except tickets and other extra things in your order.

Cancellation with cancellation insurance:

If you are covered by cancellation insurance, you may be entitled to a refund on your payment. Refunds are only available in the event of illness and a doctor´s certificate, but you can cancel until arrival day and you get a full refund. The cancellation insurance is an insurance that never will be refunded.
